Far Eastern High Technology Fund to Invest RUB 100 mln in a Sakhalin-Based IT Company

The money will be used to develop the company, debug its product, expand R&D and accomplish other purposes

TASS, 4 July. The Far East High Technology Fund will invest around RUB 100 mln in a Sakhalin-based company developing industrial safety software. This was announced by the Fund’s press office on Thursday.

“The Far East High Technology Fund will invest RUB 100 mln in the development of Visitech — a Sakhalin-based developer in the field of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and manufacturer of industrial safety software,” the post reads.

The post highlights that the money will be used to develop the company, debug its product, expand R&D and marketing, and open a representative office on Russky Island in Vladivostok.

Visitech was founded in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in 2015. The company develops and manufactures industrial safety software and offers full digitalisation of occupational safety processes to industrial enterprises.
