Osipova Alyona
Acting CEO
Alyona is an expert in venture investment, high technology, e-commerce, media, FMCG, etc. She has built up over 18 years of experience dealing with direct and venture capital investment, and has held key positions in large Russian and international financial companies, including Gazprombank, the online business accelerator Fastlane Ventures, and Quadriga Capital Private Equity Fund in Germany.
Before joining the Far East High Technology Fund, Alyona had been responsible for attracting investment as well as implementing and managing investment projects in different sectors of the economy, designing and implementing business development strategies, and attracting additional investment for portfolio companies.
Alyona received an MBA from ESCP Europe, an international business school in Paris, France.
She has been a part of the Fund’s team since it was set up.
Selitsky Andrey
Director
Andrey is an investment professional with expertise in the fields of industrial technologies, the energy industry, oil production technologies, oil refining, and advanced new materials. He has been in charge of investments at large Russian companies and venture capital funds for the past 9 years, including Rosatom, Sberinvest Asset Management, Bright Capital, and Ruvento Venture Partners. He has taken part in 20+ venture transactions.
Andrey received a Master’s in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Martirosov Artur
Director
Artur is an expert in direct investment and project financing. He has expertise in areas including high technology, the mining industry, and infrastructure projects.
Artur has gained experience in business modelling and assessment from working with the multinational professional services firm Ernst & Young. Before joining the team at the Far East High Technology Fund, he had been responsible for attracting investment for emerging companies as part of the Far East Development Fund to develop and implement high-technology projects in Russia’s Far East and Baikal regions. He has taken part in 10+ transactions worth more than 200 million dollars.
Yuneeva Olga
Deputy CEO for Finance
Olga is an expert in the field of finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience. Before joining the Fund, she had been working for the Accounting and Reporting Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, where she was involved in developing industry accounting standards for non-bank financial institutions.
Prior to her work at Russia’s Central Bank, Olga had worked for professional market participants in the securities market – CentreInvest Securities and VTB Capital Broker – where she was responsible for all of the financial aspects of work, including strategic and long-term budgeting, performance analysis, and regulated reporting.
In 1997, Olga graduated from the All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics, majoring in finance and credit. She holds a certificate from the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia, an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), and has received series 1.0, 4.0, and 5.0 certificates from the Russian Federal Financial Markets Service.
Grechka Ekaterina
Deputy CEO for Legal Affairs
Ekaterina is an expert in providing legal advice for investment projects, with over 10 years of experience working in this field. Before joining the Far East High Technology Fund, Ekaterina had worked for Rosnano and international law firms including Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP in New York and Gide Loyrette Nouel in Moscow.
Ekaterina graduated from the Faculty of International Law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Law School at Boston University (LLM in US Law), and Law School at BPP University (Graduate Diploma in Law).
